Charted as you go
The day starts with a direction, not an itinerary. Your skipper reads the wind, the light, and your mood — steering for a sea cave when the water is glass, or a sheltered bay when the maestral picks up. Drop anchor wherever the blue looks best; the ladder is down before you ask.
Chapter II
Lunch only locals know
Midday brings a konoba reachable only by sea — a family kitchen on the waterline where the fish was swimming that morning and the wine comes from the terraced hill behind the house. These tables are not bookable online; they are held for people who arrive with the right skipper.
